Pricing and Payment

Tipping is entirely up to you as the customer. There will be no form of pressure or guilting into tipping. If you believe our cleaners went above and beyond and you believe you should tip for that service, then please go right ahead!

We accept all forms of payment. We prefer cash, however, credit and debit are welcomed. Zelle and other forms of online payments will be reviewed as necessary.

Your Appointment

This is entirely up to the customer. If you choose not to be home, please be aware we are not responsible for anything missing or damaged in your home unless we have caused it ourselves. We are insured.

As payment is immediately taken upfront, the customer has up to 3x days before the appointment to cancel. If cancelled after three days we will take up to 30% deposit and refund the rest. This is in part of making sure our schedule has ample time for your cleaning and if cancelled in short notice, we will need to make major adjustments during that day.

We will try to accommodate that request as best as we can

If we are unable to reach you during a holiday, we will make sure to call you with ample time. Be aware, holiday cleanings will be extra.

We will take payment up front. If there is a cancellation for an unforeseen event, we will refund as necessary.

Warranty

We will guarantee our services with you 100%. If for any reason you do not feel the cleaning was up to the price, please let us know and we will adjust as best as possible.

Cleaning Supplies

No - unless you have special detergents or cleaning agents that you would rather have us use for laundry purposes.

General

We service withing the greater Orlando area but will make longer trips to recurrent customers if necessary (for a small mileage fee)

We do not offer pressure washing, environmental damage cleaning, or bio-waste cleanings (i.e feces, vomit, human and/or pet waste, etc...)

Trust and Safety

This is entirely up to the customer as to how they will give us access to the premise.

If we determine that it was caused by our cleaners, we are fully insured.

Yes. Our online payment system uses of Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
