Additional Services

Dust and Wipe down per set of blinds
Disinfecting and organizing inside the cabinets.
Cleaning of trays and throwing out spoiled foods
Disinfect inside microwave and remove grime and grease
Cleaning of interior walls. Any objects not removed will be cleaned around and not unattached from the wall itself (unless it is a small object such as a painting, frame, etc...)
Two Windows included per price. Larger windows are additional (estimated). Spray and wipe/clean. Dust area around windows, clean any cobwebs, leave film free.
Deep Cleaning with grease and grime removal. Thorough cleaning.
HOUSE MUST BE EMPTY Includes a one time deep clean, inside oven, refrigerator and microwave (if applicable). If pets were present from previous owner, additional costs may be incurred.
HOUSE MUST BE EMPTY! Includes a one time deep cleaning, inside refrigerator, microwave, oven and inside cabinets. Pesticides (bombs, sprays, etc...) are additional if requested. Excess trash will be charged at owners/renters expense.
Deep clean of baseboards/moldings
Deep cleaning of first room with vacuum and shampoo. All furniture must be moved out of carpet area to be cleaned.
Any additional rooms not included in original quote. Additional rooms are NOT bedrooms or garage spaces. Additional rooms are small in size.
Steam and chemical cleaning of tile and grout per room
